Renee’s knowledge and understanding of the LP Warren and new home process is well beyond her years. In addition to this Renee has land agents, financial consultants, designers, architects and building professionals at her disposal to help. Whether it be from a project feasibility to ensuring your personal finances are structured correctly to maximise your investment, your every need and question will be addressed.
You will find Renee a pleasure to deal with and her customer service second to none. Her energy and enthusiasm is your guarantee that your project will successfully get out of the ground.
Outside of work Renee keeps active by playing social netball and Bootcamp.

Melissa Gardner - Site Manager |

Melissa has had exposure to all aspects of the construction process and grew up watching houses being built from the back seat of the car. Now Melissa oversees the construction team at LP Warren Homes.
Melissa is setting new bench marks for customer service in the industry and has exceptional organisational skills. Melissa’s keen eye, attention to detail and quality finishing skills is second to nobody in the industry.
To escape the rigors of a working day Mel loves hanging with her dogs, relaxing with a good book or spending time with her husband and many nieces and nephews!

Chloe Gay – Administration/Reception |

When you call through to L.P. Warren any one of the staff members are likely to answer the phone. However, affectionately known as the “manager of first impressions,” the voice you will most likely is Chloe.
Always wearing a smile you will find Chloe very helpful and friendly. As you move through the process of building you will be pleasantly surprised by Chloe’s knowledge of your job and the construction process.
Chloe will administer your 3 and 12 month maintenance program once your house is complete.
In Chloes spare time she enjoys relaxing with friends, enjoying a good movie and playing in the LP Warren netball team.

Ashley Badcock - General Manager. (MAICD) |

Ashley is a carpenter by trade and has worked at all levels of the building industry.
With exposure to the venture capital space and commercial law Ashley has combined his practical building experience with business studies.
Ashley is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, TEC (The Executive Connection) and is Vice President of the Housing Industry Association Training and Professional Development Committee.
Away from work Ash enjoys keeping fit at Bootcamp and coaches ruby union. |

Kathlene Church – Construction Administration |

Kathy has worked at LP Warren since 1994. As the longest serving employee Kathy has worked in most administrative roles and is now charged with the responsibility of implementing the companies operating software.
Kathlene is married to Matthew and the mother of three beautiful growing children Robbie, Michael and Sophia. On the weekend you might find Kathy ‘bedding down some tracks’ with her husband on their latest CD or just enjoying time with her family at home or on the beach. |

Peter Hughes – Construction Estimator |

Behind the scenes Peter Hughes looks after construction estimating. Peter is a carpenter by trade and has been in the building industry for 18 years. Working with residential builders in varied facets of the industry Peter has also had stints in the commercial & industrial sector.
On weekends when not with his wife and children Peter is racing his car at tracks around Melbourne and South Australia. |

Ian Openshaw – Sales Estimating/Contract Administration |

Ian is a building designer by craft and at LP Warren Ian working closely with the sales team on pricing and design teams to ensure your home is the blend between your needs and ensuring it complies with all the building and planning regulations.
The construction approval process is one of the most critical phases of your construction process and Ian is the responsible for championing your project through this phase.
On the weekend you will find Ian relaxing with his wife Michelle and two teenage children Jason and Jessica or stepping it up with activities ranging from dancing to tennis. Ian is a keen follower of many sports especially the AFL and the Carlton F.C.

Jenny Howard - Accounts |
 |
Jenny is responsible for the fiscal reporting and financial operation of the business. You will speak to Jenny regarding progress claims and banking. Jenny’s role also encompasses the businesses creditors.
In between looking after her three children Nathan, Hayley, Amy and her husband Stephen you’ll find Jenny playing social netball and keeping fit at Bootcamp.

Geoff and Glenda Swan - Directors |

“Dare to dream”
Geoff and Glenda Swan can share many inspirational stories since buying the business from Les Warren in 1984 and building it up to the business as it stands today.
Originally starting in the business as a supervisor, Geoff is a qualified carpenter and registered builder with 40 years building experience. A member of the Master Builder's Association of Australia and the Housing Industry Association of Victoria Geoff is also a member of Rotary with nearly 20 years service and is a past President of the Diamond Creek Rotary Club.
Geoff is community orientated and being personally touched by the devastating fires at Kinglake and surrounding areas Geoff and Glenda have been active fundraisers and mentors assisting in the rebuilding process through the local traders and Rotary.
Geoff and Glenda are parents of five and have eleven grand children. |
