LP Warren have two homes on display and are great examples of what LP Warren Homes can achieve on a sloping block.

 The Melview and The Glenview and both are open Saturday and Sunday between 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm or by appointment.

The Melview has been built with all of the standard features available in an LP Warren Home.  The Glenview has been built with many upgrades.

LP Warren has done this so you are able to get a clear understanding what is included in your home and a template to work from in developing the upgrade and specifications for your new home.

The Melview and Glenview have been a part of the LP Warren stable of homes for a number of years and are samples of the homes that we were building at the time they were established.  LP Warren has built Contemporary, Georgian, French Provincial and Homestead style homes and are all available for viewing by asking your New Homes Consultant.
