About L.P. Warren Homes...
L.P. Warren Homes was established in 1965 by Les Warren and this year celebrates its 45th year in business and its 45th year as the sloping block specialist.
The business was purchased in 1984 by Geoff Swan who at the time was working as the company’s supervisor. Today Geoff serves as the Managing Director and his wife Glenda is also a Director of the business. As parents to five children, all have worked in the business and today their three daughters play an integral role in the day to day operation.
From humble beginnings in the Diamond Valley area LP Warren Homes is the longest operating business in Diamond Creek. It is established as the leading builder in the area and now builds across the broader Melbourne metropolitan area and regional Victoria.
The business is very proud to boast that its core team of tradesmen has been with the business in excess of 20 years with many trades having worked with the company since its inception. Now these same trades have their sons contracting with them to LP Warren Homes. There are very few builders in Melbourne or across Australia that would be able to boast such continuity, experience and stability in their trades.
L. P. Warren Homes is the original sloping block specialist and is looking forward to another 45 years as the market leader in this field.
